Welcome Great Hearts Forest Heights Falcon Families! The Parent Service Organization serves in partnership with Forest Heights school staff to support Falcon families via volunteerism, community engagement, and fundraising. I invite you to review the checklist of items below so you can get fully onboarded and engaged this school year. We also have a New Family FAQ Document filled with links to answer many of your questions. Additionally, the New Family Information page on our school website is another wonderful resource. Step 1: Purchase Uniforms

Great Hearts Forest Heights has partnered with two uniform vendors:

Dennis Uniform (431 Isom Rd., GHFH Dennis Uniforms and

Flynn O’Hara (2108A NW Military Hwy., Flynn O'Hara Uniforms. Some components of the uniform must be purchased from either Dennis or Flynn O’Hara whereas other items can be purchased from Old Navy, Target, or other vendors.

Step 2: Purchase School Supplies and the Classics to Keep books for the applicable grade

  • The 2022-2023 1st Day School Supplies Kits were available for purchase until mid-summer and will be announced for next year in late spring. Purchasing a kit is optional. All school supply kits will be mailed directly to homes approximately one week before school starts. For now, here is a list of supplies. Please buy comparable items to those on the list, though exact brands are not required. 2022-23 School Supply Lists

Step 3: Join/Subscribe to the various GHFH Grade Level & PSO Groups on Social Media

Step 4: Register for a GHFH Configio Account , the payment center that we use for athletics, clubs, after school programs, community investment donations, field trips, and more.

Step 5: Enroll in MyMealtime using a student id assigned by the school. This is where you add money for breakfast and lunch purchases.


Step 6: Volunteer with the PSO! Submit a PSO Volunteer Interest Form if you are interested in serving on a committee or as a campus volunteer.

Step 7: Submit background check through Raptor systems ($5 processing fee required)

Step 8: Get in the spirit of things! Visit our Falcon Spirit Store to purchase Spirit Day shirts and other GHFH-branded goodies.

Step 9: Try our easy ways to contribute to the PSO, which in turn gives back to our scholars, staff, and families!
